Concrete Fence Repair

Dear Homeowners:

We would like to inform you of a construction project scheduled to take place in the community. The Board of Directors are working to finalize an agreement with Concrete Fencing Systems to repair the concrete fencing throughout the community. We do not have an estimated start date at this time but wanted to send this communication so that everyone who shares the concrete fencing can begin making preparations for the repairs to take place.

The project will be to repair all of the concrete fencing throughout the community, so there will be locations where the fencing will be removed and replaced/repaired. Please begin making the following preparations so that you will be ready when the project starts:

· Clear the fence line by August 30, 2021 by:

o Removing any vegetation within two feet of the concrete fencing

o Removing any irrigation lines that are within two feet of the concrete fencing

o Removing all personal belongings from within two feet of the concrete fence line

· Make arrangements for your pets during the project, once we have a better timeline, we will send out an update

Please ensure that this action is completed by August 30, 2021, if additional time or information is needed, please contact Tiffany Sanford at TSanford@SpectrumAM.comor Linda Kondziela at LKondziela@SpectrumAM.com. If the fence line is not clear prior to start of the project and additional work is required, the cost will be incurred by the individual homeowner.
