Access Cards

Any homeowner who plans to use the pool and/or the tennis courts will need to pick up their new access card(s).

When and where to pick up your new access card:

Stop by the Spectrum Association Management office at the following address.

2600 South Shore Blvd Suite 300 (Third floor) League City, Texas 77573

Pick up hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (closed on all major holidays)

When you arrive on the third floor, go through the glass double doors, and let the receptionist know you are there to pick up your access card from Spectrum. Someone from Spectrum will come to the lobby to help you.

The first card is free, and all additional cards will be $30 each. If you would like to purchase additional cards, you will need to bring a check or money order made out to The Lakes at South Shore Harbour HOA. Spectrum can only accept checks and money orders for the additional cards.  As a reminder, if you have unpaid assessment fees you will not be able to pick up your access card until all fees are paid in full.
